IL Acquisitions Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, and trading as CaboodleAI, and its affiliates ("Caboodle" , "Company" or "we") respect the privacy of its subscribers ("User" or ,"you") and are committed to protect the User's information. This policy describes our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you receive our newsletters and use the service that enables you to create personalized news feed which will help you to stay up-to-date with all the industry news you are most interested in and follow respective websites that you have interest in (the "Service"). By registering with the Service, you can simply receive information you seek in your business field from multiple sources, all located together in one feed so that we can make it easier and efficient for you to better learn and know your market or area of interest. The Service is available on our site at "https://empty.caboodleai.net" (the "Site") and you can sign up to it with your Linkedin, Twitter or Facebook social account or with your email address, as described below.

This Policy specifies what information Company collects and how it collects it, how Company uses the collected information, and how it shares the information and protects it, whereas for the purposes of this Policy we are your data controller.

  1. Definitions

    "Personal Information" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

    Registration to the Service. The registration to our Service is done either (i) through the Site, by logging on to the Site or performing a registration to the Service specifically; or, (ii) registration through social network provided you hold an active account on such Network (see below registration through Facebook).

    Information collected during the registration process to the Service through the Site. During registration we shall collect your full name, email address, address, job name, job title, company name, country, state, city, postal code.

    Information collected during the registration process from social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn: When you connect to the Service through social networks for the first time, you will be asked to permit that network to share with the Service the following information about you: your social provider name, your profile URL, your User Id, your Display Name.

    Information collected during the registration process to the newsletter service: During registration we shall collect your full name, email address, address, job name, job title, company name, country, state, city, postal code.

    In addition, you may decide to provide us additional information when you communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise, or once you enter information on our Site. We may monitor and record correspondence with you, including via e-mails, live chats, or other communications between you and our Customer Service representatives.

    Information we collect automatically: We collect Personal Information automatically while you access or use the Service. The information includes technical information and behavioural information associated with your use of the Site or Services in any one or more of the following ways:

    • When you access and use the Services, we may collect information about your visit to our Site, your usage of the Services, your clicks on certain content and campaigns, and your web browsing.     • change your identification data (your e-mail or your password)
    • change your personal data
    • change your subscriptions
    • or even completely unsubscribe from the service. In this case, all your data will be erased from our database after 30 days.
  6. Registration on the Site

    When you enter our Site, click on the "Create your news feed". You will then be required to complete the registration process, through the Site or a social network by providing us some of your Personal Information (as specified above). As part of the registration on the Site, you may create a profile compatible with your personal interests while choosing the categories, topics and sources that you are interested in receiving news feeds and updates about.

  7. Legal basis for processing

    We will only process your Personal Information:

    • To perform our obligations towards you or based on your consent (where you have given consent). Please note that where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at: info@CaboodleAI.com and you may unsubscribe from our newsletter services by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every newsletter email we send.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object as specified under clause 11
  8. What are the purposes of the collection of information?

    (a)Non-personal aggregated Information is collected in order to:
    • Enhance the User's experience on the Service.
    • Troubleshoot errors and bugs.
    • Learn about the preferences of Users and general trends on the Service (e.g. understand which topics and/or content sources are more popular than others).

    (b)Personal Information is collected in order to:
    • Enable the overall operation of the Service.

  13. Information about minors

    Our Services are intended for professionals in the industry. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we obtain knowledge that a User is under the age of 13, we will take steps to cancel his/her registration.

    The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we use it. We may retain information about you in our databases for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services and in accordance with applicable laws.
